Engine 1 on scene advancing 2.5" line into the fire area, T-11 set up as temporary water supply until E-10 on scene bringing in 5" supply line. E-11, E-38, RH-E31, RH-Mobile Air and AFR 100 on scene with 100 assuming command. Additional 2.5" line deployed by E-11 crew and 3 additional 1 3/4" lines deployed, 2 of which were deployed in the unburned living space by E-1 and E-38 crews. 2.5" lines were redirected to the exterior and 2 - 1 3/4" lines were assigned to interior operations. The heavy fire involvement of the garage and subsequent roof collapse prompted a temporary evacuation of interior crews for a quick reassessment of conditions. Interior crews advised that they could make an aggressive attack by pulling ceilings and attacking the fire in the attic space. This was done with E-38 and E-1 crews, significant advancement was made on the fire by utilizing the interior attack. After approximately 90 minutes a code 4 was advised and crews started the salvage and overhaul faze of the fire.

Engine 11 is a 1989 1000 GPM midship pumper, 50 gallon Class A foam tank, 50 gallon AFFF 3-6% foam, 1000 GPM deck gun, portable master stream, 6 SCBA with spare bottles, scene lighting with 5/kW on board generator, PPV fan, dump chute, 900 ft. of 2 1/2 inch, 600 ft. of 1 1/2 inch, 200 ft. of 1 3/4 inch hose, and 1000 ft. of 5 inch LDH with appliances.
